Branding

Event branding for Linus Health's annual all company meeting.

Once a year, Linus Health invites its distributed workforce to gather together for two days of talks and team building. To give this event a distinct identity that would reinforce its intention, I came up with a new name: Synapse. Drawing inspiration from the language of neuroscience, a synapse is the small gap at the end of a neuron that allows it to pass a signal to another neuron — it's the space where neurons communicate. The tagline "Sparking potential together" underscores the importance of collaboration in driving innovation.

The Synapse logo features interconnected shapes to represent connection, using colors and fonts that complement the main Linus Health brand. To enhance the event experience, I directed an animated video, which played as attendees entered. The video, produced in collaboration with The Motion State, visually captures the energy and connection Synapse represents, setting the stage for the gathering.
